The Law That SAVES America...

The newest episode of The Subversion Files Podcast is out now. This is an extremely important episode as it discusses the forgotten law that may just save America from the socialist threat.

Today, Marxism, Communism and Socialism march openly on our campuses. They have infested our judicial system, and worst of all… They’re in our Legislative branch.

But they shouldn’t be… It is against the Law. A living breathing law that everyone has forgotten.

50 U.S. Code §§ 841–844 – The Communist Control Act of 1954 was passed into law with broad bipartisan support and signed into law by President Eisenhower. And for a while, it worked.
But after facing numerous setbacks against the 1^st and 5^th amendments, it became hard to enforce. But instead of updating, amending, or rewriting the law… they abandoned it.

We here at Liberty Outpost, along with our friends at The Subversion Files are currently working on proposed legislative updates to this law that will be submitted to the DOJ for consideration.

We will also be exercising our Right to Petition (Bonus points if you can tell us which amendment that belongs to in the comments section) by drafting a petition for public support.
Some of the revisions we are proposing will help strengthen this law, as well as protect the liberty of those who choose to follow those ideologies.

We’re addressing the issues around the 1^st and 5^th Amendments that plagued this law before by adding modern definitions, rebranding clauses, and definitive markers as to what does and doesn’t fall into the act.

Let it be understood that this Act does not punish belief, nor silence dissent.

It draws a clear line between liberty and subversion—between free expression and conspiratorial action.

It affirms that public service is a sacred trust, and that those who seek it must do so without allegiance to ideologies that would dismantle the very system they aspire to serve.
